Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original hangtag still attached.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns without the hangtag, or those submitted after 7 days, will not be accepted.

International Orders

  • At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders delivered outside Egypt.

Discounted & Sale Items

  • Items purchased during end-of-season sales or special promotions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

  • For approved refund requests, COMMON will cover all related shipping and handling fees.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer either a free exchange or a full refund, based on your preference.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
