Eligibility Criteria

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original hangtag still attached.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns without the hangtag, or those submitted after 7 days, will not be accepted.
International Orders

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders delivered outside Egypt.
Discounted & Sale Items

Items purchased during end-of-season sales or special promotions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

For approved refund requests, COMMON will cover all related shipping and handling fees.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer either a free exchange or a full refund, based on your preference.
